Meagan Duhamel
Montreal, Canada

Welcome to my healthy living blog! You may know me as a 2-Time World Champion Figure Skater, Olympic Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medalist, and 7-time Canadian National Champion in pairs skating with my skating partner Eric Radford. But away from the ice, I am an animal loving vegan, a yogi, and a wife. I studied Holistic Nutrition with the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and am currently finishing a Sports and Fitness Nutrition Certification with Alive Academy. My passion for Figure Skating has been part of my life since I was 3 years old, but more recently I discovered a new passion: Healthy Living!

Calm is the New Superpower

By on October 12, 2017

The soul always knows what to do to heal itself. The challenge is to silence the mind.
I used to think silence was empty but I’ve learned through time that it is full of answers.

I’ve practiced yoga for a decade now. I started with the purpose of getting a…

The Autumn Classic

By on September 27, 2017

The season officially started last weekend with the Autumn Classic International in Montreal. It’s odd to say this, but it was everything I hoped it would be, and my worst nightmare, all at the same time.

Our preparation for this event was great. We had our High Performance Camp two…

The Beginning Once Again

By on August 11, 2017

As summer training begins to wrap up, young skaters across the country are beginning their competitive seasons at local and provincial competitions. As a child, this was my favourite time of the year. I got to travel to the big city (Ottawa or Toronto) and compete against really good…

Victoria, British Columbia is one of my favourite places in the World. Every spring I get the opportunity to go there with Stars on Ice and after a beautiful 2-day stay at the Oswego Hotel, I find myself not wanting to leave. With stunning scenery, friendly people, nice weather,…
