Meagan Duhamel

Welcome to my healthy living blog! You may know me as a 2-Time World Champion Figure Skater, Olympic Gold and Silver Medalist, and 7-time Canadian National Champion in pairs skating with my skating partner Eric Radford. But away from the ice, I am an animal loving vegan, a yogi, a holistic nutritionist and a wife. My passion for Figure Skating has been part of my life since I was 3 years old, but more recently I discovered a new passion: Healthy Living!

Victoria, British Columbia is one of my favourite places in the World. Every spring I get the opportunity to go there with Stars on Ice and after a beautiful 2-day stay at the Oswego Hotel, I find myself not wanting to leave. With stunning scenery, friendly people, nice weather,…

I’m just back into my regular training routine after having a week off after the Four Continents competition. We always take a week off at this time of the year. Our bodies need it, but more importantly mentally and emotionally we need it. This year I didn’t use my…
